My husband, Steven, and I moved to Florida in 2014 from Iowa.  I am a versatile artist who brings creativity to life through colored pencil, watercolor pencil, graphite, ink, watercolors, and a range of skilled crafts. Inspired by my travels with my husband, I capture moments of beauty, curiosity, and cherished memories wherever their journeys take them.

My work is lighthearted and full of color, often reflecting the charm of coastal living, the character of animals, and the joy of seasonal celebrations. Through each piece, I invite viewers to share in the simple pleasures and vibrant experiences that inspire my art.

I am an award-winning artist whose work has earned multiple honors, including a coveted Best in Show and several rosettes. My artwork has been exhibited throughout Manatee and Sarasota counties, where it brings vibrant color and creativity to the local arts community.

 

I continue to create, teach, and exhibit with the same joy and enthusiasm that has guided my artistic journey from the very beginning.
